A major insurance company is looking for a Japanese speaking customer service clerk to cover maternity leave for 3~4 months.
The position is responsible for assisting Individual Life's clients.
The primary purpose is to serve as the liaison w/ the company's Japanese speaking clients.
This position will provide expert support and high quality customer service to these clients and agents through written and verbal communications and interactions in both Japanese and English.
Min. Qualifications:
-college or business school degree.
-bilingual and proficient in both Japanese and English
-min. 2 yrs customer service experience
-ability to handle high volume calls and service requests in a fast paced environment
-strong with numbers, mathematical formulas. working knowledge of computer, Word and Excel.
Work hours are 8AM-5PM, Mon-Fri.
