Immediate opening for Mortgage Loan Processor.
At Pacific Rim Financial, we are looking for a special individual with the right attitude, willingness and interest in learning more about the business of Real Estate and Real Estate Investing.
This person should be detail oriented, and possesses solid organizational skills. Great communication and computer skills are critical.
Duties include: Working with bank lenders and various entities in the lending, and legal business (diligent follow ups a must), documents with Title and Escrow, processing, data input, information gathering, and meticulous file organization. - Experience with Word, Excel and other office programs are valued. Personal accountability; the responsibility to make the sure the work gets done; supervised or unsupervised, being on time, and on schedule is required. Candidate must also possess natural skills of compassion and understanding while working with clients.
This position requires multi-tasking with some projects, working independently as well as working in groups. This can be a fast-paced environment and one must be able to work well under tight deadlines.
