Administrative Assistant/Receptionist needed for local financial planning group. Duties include answering phones, filing various documents, scheduling appointments and making appointment reminder calls, and performing other basic clerical duties. Applicants must have working knowledge of the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook). All interested applicants should be organized, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to multi-task.
