Looking for one at home customer service support secretary.
Primary job function is to take down prospect's contact information (no sale or cold calling) as well as answer to pre-set questions, existing client support, and set up appointment for our field liaisons to meet with them face to face for project detail. Mostly will be information gathering tasks. So ideal candidates are those who might be staying at home most of the day during regular business hours and alert to pc activity because a skype account will be provided as primary phone support line.
This will be with a start up service company and pay is around $1200 per mo to begin + percentage of commission on the account set up by you as long as you are with our company.
In the beginning there will probably be small number of calls as the field sales need to get more prospects and get the words out, as our business grows, we can adjust the pay rate or add bonus as needed.
