We are a Honolulu based agency with six years of history providing behavioral and educational services to children and adults with all types of special needs. We area currently seeking an Administrative Support Professional to work in our Honolulu area office.
Job Responsibilities
Manage multi-line telephone system
Update, data entry and maintain required documentation information in databases.
Maintain employee and client files
Create complex spreadsheets to analyze employee and client data
First point of contact in busy small office atmosphere.
Numerous other general office duties.
Must be available to work flexible hours as needed.( General work hours are ( 9 AM-6 PM)
The person who would best fit this position would:
have excellent data entry skills, (low error rate)
be detail oriented and possess ability to organize and communicate clearly.
be adaptable to organizational changes
Must have extensive experience using Mirorsoft Excel to i
A BA degree, 2+ years relevant experience is preferable but not required.
