Be a vital link in the aging network. We are looking for a Case Manager to provide linkages between respite workers and family caregivers. Case manager would provide assessment o f the caregiving situation, linkage to workers, counseling to reduce caregiver stress, guidance on being an employer of respite workers. Also prescreen respite workers and maintain a database of workers. Good telephone and communications skills a must. Fast paced environment requires an organized individual.
Job requires a Bachelors Degree and 1 year experience in the Social Service Field. Helpful to have experience working with Seniors and Caregivers.
