Kokua Kalihi Valley (Comprehensive Family Service) is currently accepting resumes for a full-time Case Manager position. This position will involve working with the clients of Kokua Kalihi Valley out of Kalihi Valley areas. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to maintaining a caseload of 15-25 and providing home visit to assess the progress and follow up cases. Will be responsible to coordinate services with related social/human service provider network and provide problem-solving, supportive guidance, crisis intervention and advocacy to each client in the program.
Bachelor’s Degree and at least one year of experience in the field is preferred. Experience with diverse populations, particularly in low-income communities preferred. Bilingual in English/Illocano and English/Chukeese preferred. Must have current a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Candidates must have good computer skill and be available to work a set schedule.
