I remember Sean at pau hana blues. Obvious he was out of place. Had unexcited looks on his face - thought he was pretentious but found him very calm and charming after sitting with him. Don't know what degree he's capable of, still, he made it look easy. The poster saying "decent" chops was either scott, the guitarist there, or this other regular, bald white guy, don't care what his name is. Sean even let him use his guitar, he, U are the poser. That night was my first pauhana monday, went almost every monday after but stopped entirely months ago; never bothered with the bar. Always overheard Sean refusing to sing the rolling stones songs. Supremely talented, but to nice, and when you are that young and well put together, everybody wants a piece of you and everybody wants to be you. Scott, who's also nice, or the loser regular wasn't insulting him, just insecure enough to not give credit where credit is due. He was interesting and inspirational. friends of adam don't belong in the same room. poor kid, just get out of here already!!
I choose to remain anonymous because Mark and Kevin and most of onstage are good, friendly, folks - my two cents.
