Wow, $15 per hour and all you want is every design skill on the planet and you only want the best of the best and seem really anal retentive and difficult to deal with based on the tone of your ad( "must know the shades of Royal Blue Pantone Colors").....LOL ....Good luck finding anyone of quality with the deep skill sets you require for that pay. I'm sure some poor sap will work for a New York Minute then quit for a better offer.
