Missing since evening of October 11. Three-year-old neutered male tabby. Has gray-brown undercoat with black stripes, white chest, white front toe tips, back legs have white "boots" half-way up, tail has uniform black rings. His name is Oscar and he has an owner id Chip. Last seen in Harbor Center behind Cutter Ford in Aiea.
