Maintenence supervisor needed for a multi-property organization. Looking for an experience individual to make deliveries, plumbing, painting, capentry, general maintenence, cleaning and housekeeping, etc. Some heavy lifting required. Must be a self starter and independant worker. Must be knowledgeable in all areas of maintenence and general upkeep of properties. Must have a clean driving abstract and background check. Monday - Friday, 8A-5P.
