First of all, smarty pants, she makes $700/head.....multiply that by 12 (because she has two providers in her home)....and you have over $8,000...that is 4times what I make.
2nd of all, who made you a career counselor?
3rd of all, your words express that you are not happy with your "profession".
To everyone who doesn't know.....This is what she 'originally' posted......in case she tries to deleted or edit it.....she clearly states for parents not to bring your children in to her care if you have the day off.

Aloha Parents:
The Holiday Season is approaching. I would like to remind all of you to be fair to your daycare providers, these are the people that care for the most precious and wonderful people in the world to you.
Be thoughtful of your provider's time:
Be early picking your child up the day before a holiday. Your provider may need to pick up a few last minute things and you CAN bring your child grocery shopping with you, most likey your provider has to bring their own child with them you know.
Give them the day after Thanksgiving off, most likey you have it off anyway. This is the season to be thankful for your family spend time with them! Don't drop your child off just so you can go to the black friday sales!!!!! No way, that is so not cool. Your provider works sooooo hard they deserve that day paid off.
Don't bring your child to daycare for a whole day you have off from work (this goes for anytime of year) if you have an appointment or really really can't get to the store to buy their Chistmas present any other time with out them then fine but only make it for a few hours and preferbly during nap time but NOT if you had let them sleep in that morning! and don't leave them until the last minute before your provider closes for the day.
DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD TO CARE SICK!!!!!!!!!!! Hello! I spent last Chistmas in a fever daze because one of the parents drugged their sick kid up and brought them to care a few days before Christmas because she couldn't afford to take the sick day because she and her family were going away the week after Christmas. Well I knew something was up the kid was acting weird and after a few hours the medicine wore off and she had to come get the kid anyway and well I spent my holiday sick as a dog! Not fair I terminated them shortly after that for that and other disrespectful things they did to me.
Give your provider Christmas Eve off. Come on people.
Be Generous!!!
I bet you make way more money than your provider and work less hours. Most providers pay their taxes and a BIG portion of what you pay is spent on YOUR child's food and supplies for the daycare including but not limited to cleanings supplies (all we do is clean even if our house looks like a disaster trust me it's not because we don't try!) art supplies, cooking supplies, toys and the like. So please consider this most people tip their mail carrier, paper delivery person etc.... Make sure you give your Daycare Provider a Generous gift. If you can't afford a lot that's alright but make it something let them know you appreciate them. CASH is awesome or a gift certificate. Please no food goodies or treats most likey we eat enough of that but a nice fruit basket is a great idea. Remember anything you give your provider will in some way go back to your child. I spend so much on supplies when I get extra money I buy different art supplies I maybe wouldn't normally be able to afford for the kids, extra fruit will go to the children's snacks AND best of all the nice feeling you will give your provider will be showered on your child.
Thank you for your time. Appreciate those around you. Happy Holidays!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
