Marie and Stan responded quickly and were wonderful. the security guards were very friendly and helpful, the elevators (3), worked great and were quick, the condo was exactly as pictured, the bed sleeps great, everthing worked just as it should, the views from the lani are unbelievable, the roof top pool, sauna, hot tub and grills were a wonderful bonus. If we are ever able to return to Hawaii we will definetly be contacting Stan and Marie. If you are reading this and chose to pass this one up you are making a huge mistake. I lived in Hawaii 30 years ago and many family members came to visit, of all the places I put them up at, none came close to what is available here. You will not be disapointed.

Thank you for viewing my ad.
My roommate will be leaving on December 1st, and I am looking for someone to take his room. The room will be cleaned by professional carpet cleaners, and upon request, a receipt will be provided to prove it was done.

Rent is $550 per month plus $550 deposit

We also share electricity and internet (road runner cable) which runs about $42 (depending on the wattage)

The place is located in Kukui Plaza, which is right across Hawaii Pacific University or HPU, Longs Drug Store, and Safeway on Pali Road.

Amenities include the following:
- Swimming pool
- Garden deck (for barbecue and parties, etc.)
- the building is with 24-hour security
- in-building laundry rooms
- basic cable
- Plenty street parking (sorry, no parking inside the building)

A little bit about myself: I am quiet and clean roommate. I leave the apartment early in the morning and come home after work. I don't party in the room, and you will never have problem with noise or inconveniences with me. I am independent and I work downtown. I don't smoke or do drugs.

I am your ideal roommate if your goal is to have a peaceful living quarters.

I don't cook so you can use the kitchen for yourself. The kitchen has 4-burner stove, a microwave, and some cooking pans.

The bathroom is clean and will be shared.

I have had male and female roommates in the past, and I have no problem with either.

My ideal roommate would be:
- respectful
- don't do drugs
- if you must smoke, you should smoke outside at the lanai as the building is non-smoking
- quiet (noise must be minimized at 10pm)
- clean and don't mind helping to clean
