Russ Goode, a popular real estate broker and educator will tell you how to use Seller Financing in your real estate investment career.
Russ and his wife, Sherry, have their own residential real estate business in Honolulu, Realty Network Hawaii. As real estate investors they have owned property in Hawaii, Colorado and Texas. Russ was the Senior Finance instructor for the Hawaii Association of Realtors for more than 12 years. Russ also teaches pre-license courses for Salespersons and Brokers plus the Continuing Education courses Realtors need to maintain their license.
As a sideline Russ also actively brokers and purchases Seller Financing. This talk will give you the ins and outs of Purchase Money Mortgages and Agreements of Sale as they are used in Hawaii and on the Mainland.
Because of his extensive experience, Russ also is called upon to be an expert witness in real estate mediations and arbitrations. His advice on how to avoid these conflicts is very valuable.
