Hotel Manager-Bilingual/Japanese Speaking (Waikiki)
Under the direction of the General Manager, the Hotel Manager is accountable for the Front Desk, Reservation and Bell Departments. The Hotel Manager is expected to meet guests on a regular basis encouraging feedback and comments, responsible for the management of the hotel's social media sites, analyzing hotel statistical reports, reservation forecasts and departmental budgets.
*Degree in Travel Industry Management or at least 5 years of exprience preferred
*Thorough knowledge of Front Office procedures, Sales and Marketing and Housekeeping Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
*Excellent verbal and written English skills
*Must speak and understand Japanese
