Pleasant Holidays, LLC is a leading travel company serving Hawaii, Mexico, the South Pacific and Asia. We have an exciting opportunity for a Concierge position serving Pleasant Holidays guests on the Island of Oahu.
Pleasant Holidays Concierge are responsible for working with our guests at our Breakfast Orientation, Concierge Desks and Call Center to ensure that they are able to experience the best that our Hawaiian Islands have to offer. Concierge staff will provide assistance with information, sales and reservations for Tour Activities, Hotel, Car Rental, Air, Golf and Dining.
We are looking for candidates who are outgoing with outstanding communication & customer service skills. Must be computer literate with prior sales experience and knowledge of the Hawaiian Islands. Prior experience on a POS system is a plus.
Full Time & Part Time Positions available. Early Morning Start times with variable days.
