GMR LLC, an established Hawaii real estate company, is looking for two project management individuals with knowledge and experience in residential, commercial, government and/or institutional projects to serve as managers overseeing the design and construction of multiple repairs and maintenance projects, ranging from $50K to $10M. Must have 3 to 5 years of work experience in construction management or construction administration; good work ethic; self starter; good organizational skills; team player; positive attitude; good verbal and written communication skills; adept with MS Project, Word and Excel.
4 year college degree is required.
