Hawaii’s BBB is looking for an individual who has a professional background in retention, collection efforts, and recruitment. This person will be responsible for administering the BBB Accredited Business retention/value programs that sustain business growth and retention. The ideal candidate has excellent oral and written skills, is proficient in Windows Outlook, Word, & Excel programs, good understanding of working with and using databases, and has solid customer service skills and experience.
