Our Concierge Supervisors are responsible for the daily management of the concierge staff while ensuring the contstant flow of traffic through the spa, therefore ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Supervisors are also tasked to drive the awareness and bookings/sales of spa treatments and products via internal and external marketing initiatives. They must also ensure that spa standards are maintained to the highest level and that professionalism, honesty, customer enthusiasm and personal presentation are maintained by their staff at all times.
Qualifications
• Minimum 1-year supervisory experience required
• Retail sales / Cross-selling experience preferred
• Previous experience working with a professional brand
• Dependable, ethical, and professional
• Able to work in a team environment
• Spa/Salon, or Hospitality industry experience preferred
• Computer literate
• Excellent customer service skills
