Hi, I am trying to start my own line of canned goods (and perhaps some pastries) to sell at the local farmers markets. I am having a lot of difficulty finding an affordable kitchen rental (HI requires that all food made to be sold is prepared in a licensed commercial kitchen), and cannot afford to purchase or rent my own store at this time. Are there any current business owners...restaurants, bakeries, previously established sellers at farmers markets, who are willing to let me rent their licensed kitchen, or know someone who would? Or work out a trade, such as me helping in your place of business or selling your products at the markets? I realize that this may create a liability problem, and am willing to sign an agreement, or purchase my own insurance, etc, whatever will help me get started.
