Aloha! I am a 30 year old male with a BA in business administration, currently assisting managing a family trade business and is planning on starting a separate venture here on Oahu. Looking for a couple of energetic people who have 2 - 5 years work experience and is interested in starting a new service business. I already have the general business plan and strategy and want to find partners to help grow business and share the burden of running the business.
Right now, people looking for people who are interested in sale or mostly act as account executive are what I have in mind. No money investment, just time, and if we fit together nicely, I am willing to do base salary + performance bonus, since I know its a pain to not get paid in this rough time + on this expensive island.
