Here are some of your daily tasks:
-Consistently practice Shakey's signature Service standards to ensure a quality, fun Shakey's experience.
-Ensure proper food handling, safety and storage, and maintains adequate inventory and production levels.
-Perform inventory and product ordering as needed.
-Demonstrate Fun, Integrity, Energy, Empowerment, and Respect at all times.
-Assist General Manager with the development of team members and their ability to deliver the Shakey's experience.
-Oversee day to day operations including, but not limited to: open and close restaurant as needed, maintain a safe workplace, training, staffing, new hire orientation, scheduling, and following all cash
handling policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
-Minimum 2 years experience in a lead or management position
-Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs throughout 8-10 hour shift
