EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR for nonprofit community center. Supervise 2 paid staff, plus 50+ volunteers. Administer programs for childcare, senior care, community activities and classes. Coordinate community events. Responsible for maintenance and use of facilities, including a large pavilion, meeting areas, pool, swimming pool and grounds. Duties include recruiting volunteer leaders, fund raising and managing a budget for the foundation. Flexible hours.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree. Ability to develop and support community activities; leadership and organizational skills; prior supervisory experience; excellent verbal and written communication skills; likes to work with people.
