1981 Lancer Motorsailer. Very roomy, has atypical stern that is more like a fishing boat - very easy to fish/dive/snorkel from back of boat. Tons of upgrades. Some more advanced features need work/repair but very functional as is. Paid $130k two years ago and added $20,000 in upgrades but am leaving island in a year and need to sell it (sadly). Priced appropriate for this current buyer's market. Great value for the size and amenities.

Lots of bells and whistles like radar, GPS, computer with two monitors and navigation software, autopilot, EPIRB, liferaft, automatically inflating "sailing" lifejackets (among other life jackets), etc, etc

Can possibly owner finance for a very trusted individual with monthly automatic direct deposit
Overall needs a bit of "polishing" to get it back in prime condition but as-is is reliable easy sailboat. All sailing lines come inside to the helm station - can sail this boat one handed.
Currently inoperable equipment
Watermaker (had leak during voyage here to Hawaii in 2007, never repaired)
Westerbeak Generator (shorted out a control switch starting it a year ago, never repaired)
Marine fridge/deep freezer (refrigerant leaked out 3 months ago, haven't yet repaired)
Windlass - switch contacts need cleaning I think
Electric engine kill switch - solenoid needs replacing, have to use manual engine shut off switch on engine
