There are thousands that purchase Fitness memberships and take to strength-training or "lifting-weights" but
have neglected or forgotten about his or her actual purpose of doing this type of exercise?
Even with the payments of personal trainers, fitness instructors and wellness coaches - too much emphasis on fitness.
Fitness routines come and go so what remains?
HEALTH. Your health.
So then Whose Health and What kind of health are you getting?

No matter if you buy a $100,000.000 dollar vehichle or a $100.00 buck car - you still have to drive it the same way.
And it is your body that that determines your way of driving!
No different from using strength-training equipment.
This is why one should read and consider the following before buying into memebership and trainers.

HEALTH is not something one works on but rather Works With.
Exercise is not working on but working with your bodily functions of health.
This is human-health "actuality" and the exerciser's "reality" in its present state when exercising with weight-resistance.


Understanding the total process - "the whole movement of human-health" - is fully sensing a unitary activity while exercising with resistance.
This is called "Economical Motion" Of Strength Exercise(s) which involve all of the below in one motion:
The Breathing In Exercise - Cardio-Endurance
The Posture Of Exercise - Core-Stabilty
The Changes Through Exercise - Consistency - Challenges
To recognize all of the above is being aware of health...not conscious about fitness?

How you approach your Strength Training/Weight-Lifting exercises will determine not how much you can do but
How Healthy and How Long You Will Be Doing It!

And last, any method, form, type of exercise is simply an attitude of your health;
a matter of being than becoming by engaging and embracing the “now.”
The way of how you breathe and move during exercise-workouts can reveal
"health ignorance" and unhealthy habits" or a healthy behavior from healthy practices?
