The ideal candidate should have:
-Minimum 3 years of experience in the mortgage/lending industry.
-Knowledge of loan products, FHA-VA-Fannie Mae-FHLMC guidelines
-Ability to work well under pressure.
-Good organizational skills
-Excellent oral/written communication skills

Qualified Loan Processors will be responsible for:

-Processing loan packages for 5-7 loan officers.
-Analyzing current income and assets, credit reports and appraisal documents
-Meeting investor/agency/company standards and requirements
