We are looking for a house swap, my home which is near beautiful historic Santa Barbara for your Maui or Kaui home. We are interested in a 3 week swap around March 21st to April 11th 2010. My home is a 3 bed, 2 full bath home with a queen in the master bedroom, a full bed in another bedroom and bunkbeds (twin over full with twin trundle) in the 3rd bedroom so can sleep up to 8 people. We are next to the community pool and a 3 minute walk to tennis courts. 5 minute drive to the beach. 10 minutes to mountains and downtown Santa Barbara. 45 minutes to beautiful wine country-Santa Ynez of "Sideways" fame. We would ideally like to swap cars. This is a non-smoking, animal free home. We will leave your home as we find it and expect the same. Children's toys in the home. My home has a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, Subzero fridge and filtered water. We are interested in a home to accomodate 6-8 people close to the beach with shopping and entertainment nearby. More pictures provided upon request.
