The Sales Support Assistant is the primary point of contact for communication with potential clients and has primary responsibility for administering the invoicing-shipping process.
Your main tasks will be:
* Invoicing
* Customer Relationship Management
* Shipping
* File management
The skills you should have are:
* Advanced PC skills - Quick Books, Excel, Photoshop, HTML, 40WPM
* Languages - Japanese (desirable), French (desirable)
* Shipping - UPS
* Administrative expertise - accuracy, concentration, reliability
* Excellent customer service and communications standards
Experienced client relationship managers preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
