Dear reader,
I am coming to Maui on business from 9/28-10/8 and need a "free" or very inexpensive place to stay.
I can pay some (but not more than $125/wk). Or I can partiall pay and/or barter services. I am an artist, an intuitive, and do energy work.
A spare room, or a temporary sublet of room) would be great. Housesitting is fine too. I am very good with pets and plants. I am very clean, quiet and will respect you and your home. I don't smoke or do drugs of any kind. (I have a glass of wine at dinner with friends sometimes). I am a vegetarian and meditate daily. I am looking to share with like-minded person/people.
I will be gone much of the time, as I will be working at the Maui County Fair (starts 10/2 ends at 11PM, Sun,10/5). I will need to come to Maui a few days early to set up my booth. I'll work the Fair, and then I'll need a few days afterwards to pack up all booth equipment/gear, etc.,. After that, I would love to have a few days just to enjoy and soak up the magic of Maui. I am looking for a place to stay 8 days minimum; up to 12 days, if possible.
I prefer the following areas: Wailuku, Kahului, Paiea, Kihei or Maui Meadows. (Of course, I am open to others, depending on distance from Fair grounds)
I have references on Maui as well, as I have been coming there for many, many years. I have had a booth at the fair over 17 years in a row. I am a former Hawai'i resident (17 yrs on O'ahu), now living in Santa Monica, CA.
