Local boy just moved back to Maui after 30+ years. 20 years of real estate sales experience in LA (Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Silver Lake and Downtown areas) looking for a position in property management in the Wailea/Kihei area. I have managed my own properties before and I'm a quick learner. I do not want to be a resident manager. I'd like to do showings and leasing...if that is how it is handled here on Maui. I would also consider being an assistant to a top producer in the Wailea/Makena market. I have passed my Hawaii State license exam but I have not applied for my license yet.
