* An upscale Wailea home/condo, 2000 sq. ft. or larger, furnished, for professional, low-impact single. Newer property or project. $3,000-4000. 6 month lease.
* 2 or 3-bedroom home, family, responsible non-smokers/drinkers. Furnished, Wanted November 15-end of February. $1600-1850.
* Upgraded 2-3 bedroom home, furnished, must have hardwood or laminate floors, granite counters, etc. South Kihei. $1800 range.
* Furnished ohana, clean, fully equipped, incl. utilities, $850.
Many more required.

We are not a management company. Here’s what we do:
Preview and photograph your property, inside and out.
Market your property, using our established network of potential clients.
Schedule showings on your approval, and accompany all potential renters to showings.
Oversee your lease/rental agreement, using Hawaii Board of Realtors agreements
Schedule, coordinate, and execute agreements and move-in, per your approval
NO CHARGE FOR ABOVE SERVICES — WE COLLECT OUR FEE ONLY IF WE RENT YOUR PROPERTY. NO FEES IF YOU RENT YOUR PROPERTY YOURSELF. You have nothing to lose.
FEE SCHEDULE: 6-12 month lease: 50% of first month lease/rental rate
1-5 month lease: 30% of first month lease/rental rate
