Responsibilities: Hawai‘i’s kama‘aina dairy is looking for a highly qualified, driven, results-oriented, and dependable team player to promote our products to our Maui customers. This dedicated Route Sales Supervisor will provide excellent personnel management, superior customer service, ensure exceptional product fulfillment, efficiently coordinate logistics, effectively supervise personnel, and maintain outstanding sales and distribution support as part of our Maui Branch team.

Qualifications: Ability to cultivate and accelerate existing and new accounts; capable of boosting sales volume; skilled at analyzing and comprehending sales and financial performance reports; initiative and passion to develop skill-set and knowledge; adept at immediately adjusting to constantly and rapidly changing business conditions; self-starter proficient at implementing policies and processes; CDL-qualified; and major chain experience a plus.
