In response to the earlier comment by blue that all of the folks in the movement are white. I just left a planning & strategy meeting here on Maui that just goes to show you don’t listen to the mainstream media to make an opinion on anything. And just for your information another stat the mainstream media lies about. The second largest age group within the TEA party movement is 25 to 35 years old. The breakdown of Democrats, Independents, and Republicans is exactly the same as the nations voters. Still can’t seem to figure out why you have got it wrong? Then stop listening to disinformation from ABC, CBS, MSNBC, and look up www.hawaiiteaparty.org. We are now a local 501 C-4 non-profit right here in Hawaii. There is no big rich guy like George Soros funding the local movement. Why not check us out and find out for yourself what we are about.

I’ll tell you, Limited government, individual freedom, and personal responsibility. I ask you what about that is not American? This is why folks from “ALL” issues can understand us, and find common ground. These fundamentals are the solution. The constitution set forth rights that our government has been taking little by little with every bill they pass. Almost all of them in some way are unconstitutional. Most just further divide Americans because the Federal Government has no business there in the first place. It’s time to take “OUR” government back from “ALL” the corrupt bureaucrats in Washington.
