In reading these posts I feel compelled to try to educate. I was one who did not like pitbulls. untill my son came home with a pup. I made it my main concern to raise and train him correctly and find out all that I could about the breed. Any responsible dog owner should be doing this. Key word..RESPONSIBLE! Unfortunately we have far too many irresponsible dog owners that think they can speak for any given breed. Please, if anyone wants, REALLY WANTS...to learn about the breed, please go to badrap.org and click on breed info and also monster myths. It may or may not educate you, please FYI that in a temperment test (standard for canines) the pitbull rated 83.9% That is better than the beagle at 73.2% AND golden retreivers at 83.2%....soo do the math...for those that hate pitbulls...PUT THAT IN YOUR PIPE AND SMOKE IT!!!!
