POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the general direction of the General Service Manager, this position exits to assure quality service repairs and processes by enforcing quality standards; supervising staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Identifies current and future customer support programs, provides
assistance with equipment commissioning and ensures responsive
service calls by establishing rapport with customers, management,
technical personnel, technicians and other persons in a position to
understand servicing.
2. Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual service department
budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective
actions, providing information for profit meetings.
3. Maintains service staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training
employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing
personal growth opportunities.
4. Ensures production operations by determining work priorities, scheduling
overhauls and repairs, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools,
and equipment.
5. Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning,
monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining
employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and
procedures.
6. Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service
standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems;

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent is required with five to
seven years’ experience providing service advising services.
2. Associate’s Degree in a technical curriculum will be considered with a
minimum of three years’ of experience in a similar role at a management
level.
3. Must have good communication skills and proper business etiquette.
4. Ability to multitask and establish priorities.
5. Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment.
6. Ability to maintain a flexible attitude and approach towards assignments
and successfully operate under ambiguous guidelines
7. Must have good working knowledge of MS Office programs.
8. Must have a valid Hawaii Drivers’ License with a good driving record.

GENERAL FUNCTION:
To build relationships to create a healthy environment for all staff and members of the YMCA. Keeps building or assigned areas in clean and orderly condition. Works under immediate supervision and in accordance with clearly prescribed procedures. Provide a safe facility for staff and members. This position reports to the Building Superintendent.
Under the direction of the Supervisor the janitor:
• Performs manual tasks for cleaning offices (includes vacuuming), laundry room, parking lot, etc.
• Sweeps, vacuums, scrubs, mops, waxes as appropriate.
• Dusts, washes walls, woodwork, blinds, fixtures, cabinets, hardware, windows, furniture
• Cleans restrooms, showers, toilets and replenishes paper goods, liquid soap on a regular basis.
• Removes liquid and stains from surfaces
• Empties wastebaskets and removes trash during every shift
• May use light, power-operated cleaning equipment
• Reports necessary repairs or supplies needed immediately
QUALIFICATIONS:

As a Solar Photovoltaic Installer for Sunetric, you will install rooftop photovoltaic modules and hot water collectors on our customers' residences and businesses across the state. You will utilize your previous construction experience to mount and wire PV arrays, run conduit, trench underground conduits and perform minor construction for racking systems. Past experience working on rooftops will ensure that you adhere to appropriate safety standards for heights, lifting, ladders and heavy machinery. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and customer relations skills will be critical when working in our team environments and while representing Sunetric to our customers.
