I am leaving the island and have a very comfortable love seat (small couch) which has lots more useful life left in it.

Also have a small computer table on rollers (sells for $35 at Walmart) that's in great shape, as well as a small table for a Television (which is in good condition).

Hardy vented soffit material 12" approx x 12 feet. We have about 10 planks left over from construction. Hardy board is a cement material used for siding instead of plywood, and is used for soffit because it doesn't rot like wood or rust like metal soffit, or break easy like cheap plastic soffit vent strips. It has a strip of tiny ventilation holes on part of the boards for ventilation of the attic. We paid a ton of money for this stuff as it had to be shipped from Portland. Come take it for your project.
