I'm looking for my brother Jack Stancil.

Last contact was in June from Kauai via a cell phone with a number issued from Lihue. That number is no longer in service. Jack is a drywall finisher and was working on the island. He may have mentioned living in the Bellingham or Orcas Island area of Washington state. Jack is in his early sixties, about 5'10" and around 180 to 200 lbs. He mentioned sharing a military style tent with the landlord's 60's era pick-up truck and helping the guy build an outdoor kitchen area on the property.
