The Lawai Beach Resort is a beautiful timeshare property located directly across the road from the best snorkeling beach in Kauai. The Lawai Beach Resort accommodations complete with fully equipped kitchens. In addition, all units are equipped with high speed Internet access for a small usage fee.
Lawai Beach is directly across the street from the resort and is renowned for its snorkeling, surfing, and whale watching. Rent your snorkel equipment and boogie boards at the Lawai Beach Resort general store and hit the beach for the day. There are three pools and jacuzzis on property, along with a tennis court, miniature golf course, and fitness center.

Before booking at The Plantation make sure of the location. Location is very important at the Plantation. One of the great amenities is the eight-foot waterfall. If you like falling asleep to the sound of a waterfall or gazing at the well-manicured grounds and the easy access to the large hot tub at night before you drift off to sleep our condominium is the place for you. You do not need to be out of touch with the world, your banking, and investing or local news as we provide a computer for your convenience. The Plantation at Princeville is one of the newest and most beautiful condominiums in Princeville. Our condominium has been tastefully decorated and includes all the items you would find in your own home. Three cable TVs and Hi/Spd Computer.
This is one of the best locations at The Plantation as it is near the pool and fitness center within the inner circle far away from the traffic noise of the outer units. It has great views of the gardens and pool from the lanai. This is a ground floor unit with attached garage providing easy access and has over 1300 square feet of living space. Princeville is noted for its golfing as it boasts the world famous "Prince Course" rated in the top 10 in the world.
