Must be cat-friendly (one indoor kitty comes with the package). Seeking rent that does not exceed $1200/month with utilities included (elec/cable/internet/water). Available to move in as of January 1, 2010. Relocating from Maui. I'm mellow, laid back, quiet, clean and generally friendly. Willing to help out with yard work/gardening if needed.
