Research client and employee inquiries using HRP to accurately retrieve the appropriate client data and provide the requested information.

Manage open enrollments and annual audits for all 401(k) and supplemental benefit plans.

Provide excellent customer service to clients by keeping up to date with changes to internal processing policies, procedures and system changes/updates.

Conduct safety trainings, site inspections and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with OSHA and HIOSH standards. 
<br>
Assist clients with regulatory compliance issues.

Meet with prospective clients to successfully convey the value of ProService’s safety program.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 5+ years of safety management experience preferred.

Excellent communication skills including the ability to translate complex safety requirements into meaningful action to our clients.

Consultative problem solving skills.

OHSA 500 certification.

Working knowledge of OSHA/HIOSH laws 
<br>
Knowledge of EM385 preferred
<br>
CPA/First Aid and Forklift instructor certification desired
<br>
Previous Workers Comp program administration preferred.
