ABOUT THE JOB - MASCOTS
You will be wearing a costume and interacting children and the general public during public events and appearances. At times may be handing out items to kids, such as pencils, coloring books, etc. Since there is no talking while you are in costume, you must communicate non-verabally, with animated movements and gestures. Nothing extreme, just give off a ‘fun’ and energetic vibe while in costume. Mascots are paid $20/hour. We are looking for applicants who have some Mon-Fri availability as some events are scheduled during this time as well as weekends. Most events are 4 hours in duration with a 15 minute break every hour. Events are normally scheduled a few weeks in advance so you would have ample notice.

Dog companion duties include taking Sara for walks/hikes/runs, working on her training excises, washing her and picking up after her on walks.
I am looking for someone who can run with her or hike at a brisk pace to make sure she gets enough exercise.

This is a part-time job.
Hours are mostly on the weekends in the middle of the day (12 p.m. to 2 p.m.); there are some weekday evenings (6p.m. to 8 p.m.) and early morning hours (7 a.m. - 9 a.m.).
