EUTF will be going through open enrollment from November 2nd to November 30th. This enrollment period is different from those in the past.
EUTF HMSA PPO members may not know that this time, if they don’t ACTIVELY SPECIFY they want an HMSA plan, they’ll automatically be SWITCHED to another carrier effective January 1st.
There are a few different HMSA plans to choose from & during open enrollment HMSA representatives will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer any questions EUTF members may have about these plans and how any changes may or may not affect them. Oahu members may call 948-6499 and Neighbor Island members may call 1-800-776-4672. Information is also available at HMSA.com and emails can be sent to eutf@hmsa.com.
