Aloha! Looking for roommate first, then we'll find a place on Ali'i. Hopefully Ali'i Cove. Don't care if you're straight, gay, young, old but please be a pleasant person. Time frame is between now and end of Aug. I'm a nice person, pay bills on time, and have many personal/landlord references if needed. I'm also willing to pay more of the rent for the master bedroom.
