I am a property manager that has experience in advertising, leasing, money management, repairs, etc. I have worked in London, England, Minnesota and I just recently moved to the Big Island. We are a bit of a team, my husband and I as I do the paperwork and he can maintain houses at a low cost. I am familiar with Section 8 housing and rent collections.

I am willing to barter for services if money is not available. We all need something usually the other party can give.

We are honest, hard working people and I have many happy tenants (145+ in London and 8+ in Minnesota).

I have experience with all types of people (thanks to my experience in London) and I may work a bit differently than others but I get good tenants who pay their rent. That is the most important thing and usually, if they pay their rent, they take care of the house.
