Hi we are a couple in Alaska looking to buy a 1 acre wide lot, near power, with trees, fairly level in HOVE. Not looking for a lava lot or one with caves on it. We are wanting to move there by this time next year and are looking for something with a low down payment (under $1000.00) and low monthly payments (under $500.00 a month)owner financed.
We have a 1 acre view lot in alaska that we are willing to trade strait across but are willing to purchase under the above terms.
