11 miles north of Hilo. Turn right at the big gear, drive down scenic Sugar Mill Road, turn left on Old Railroad Way, where you see the old yellow sugar mill building itself. Turn right on Overpass, the property is right there on the right, from the road to river, at the corner of Railroad and Overpass(roads that Google maps does not know yet). If you check out other properties for sale in the area, you will find none with the great access to & view of the river, in addition to the ocean & mountain views.
