This may sound strange though my partner and I are seeking a sail or fishing boat that has been retired from the sea. We wish to bring it to our property in Paradise Park & use it for storage or as an occasional guest space. Something with a closed cabin and/or sleeping area is preferred. Because it will never go in the ocean, it doesn't need to have a motor or other running gear. It just needs to be weatherproof enough to handle the heavy East Hawaii rains. We are open as far as price though the goal is to stay below $3,000.
