It has 1 room that is the bedroom/living space(8' by 12'),no separate or other living area. A small separate full kitchen with propane refrigerator, stove and on-demand hot water heater. Some storage space, outdoor shower,small out house with flushing toilet, solar powered with 12volt and 110 inverter,water catchment(not potable), beautiful ocean and garden views, very close to Kehena beach. This is the only house on the property and you would be living there alone. It's very quiet and private. Perfect for someone who doesn't have alot of stuff (because there's not alot of room to stretch out)and enjoys a peaceful setting.

I would prefer to have only 1 person living there.

Please be a clean, quiet, considerate person . Someone who has some experience using solar powered systems would be helpful but not necessary. Also this location is fairly remote and you should have a reliable vehicle.
